Position: Patient Care Coordinator

Biography: University of Central Missouri, B.S. in Public Relations and Spanish. Post Graduate work at Saint Louis University in Organizational Development. Kelle’s previous work experience includes Enterprise, Saint Louis University and political fundraising on the state and national level.

Kelle has been with Ridenour Plastic Surgery for over 10 years. She enjoys building personal relationships and serves as a primary liaison between the patient, Dr. Ridenour, and all the providers in the practice. She wants to be a helpful resource to every single client at Ridenour Plastic Surgery beginning with their initial phone call. Kelle tries to understand the individual needs of each patient while coordinating their procedures and treatments. Her focus is to provide our patients with the best and most personalized experience throughout their entire time at our practice.

Position: Nurse Injector

Biography: Aesthetic Nurse, Laser Specialist and Nurse Injector. Rockhurst University BA in Psychology, BSN from Saint Louis University and a Masters of Health Administration from Washington University. Previous nursing experience in surgical ICU at SLU. She has many years of experience in the aesthetic industry and has a passion for working with patients toward developing a comprehensive plan to achieve natural and long lasting results. She works with a wide range of energy and light based therapies including lasers, radiofrequency devices, and also dermal fillers and neuromodulators. She is the Laser Safety Officer at Ridenour Plastic Surgery.

Name: Leanne Ridenour

Position: Practice Manager

Biography: BSN, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Nurse Practitioner Program. Previous work experience includes Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Dallas Children’s Hospital), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (Dallas Children’s Hospital), and Home Infusion Therapist (Dana Farber Cancer Institute and University of Washington, Seattle). As Office Manager, Leanne oversees the focus, development and quality of the entire practice operation. Leanne performs many essential tasks in running the business office and she also assists the administrative team in day to day operations. She has natural leadership skills and is a mentor to many in the office.

Position: Patient Care Coordinator

Biography: Racy Jones is a licensed aesthetician, currently pursuing her BSN with a graduation date of 2024. With more than 15 years of experience in the medical field, Racy has worked in previous roles that include surgical coordinator, Mohs technician, and Triage specialist in two of St. Louis’ premiere dermatology practices. For 10 years she has also served as a brand ambassador for skin care products. She has joined the team at Ridenour Plastic Surgery to explore her deep passion for aesthetics and helping patients achieve their dreams of cosmetic improvement, using her abilities to make them feel comfortable and confident doing it.

Position: Aesthetician

Biography: Anna is a licensed Aesthetician with years of experience in the aesthetic industry. She comes to us from the luxurious Four Seasons Spa where Anna learned the art of exceptional customer service. Anna knows that feeling good about your skin builds self-confidence and she enjoys taking part in each client’s journey. She enjoys using a combination of touch, technology and know-how to achieve exceptional personalized results. Anna is thrilled to be a part of the team at Ridenour Plastic Surgery.

Name: April Williams

Position: Surgical Technician

Biography: April is a graduate of Concorde Career College with a Degree in Surgical Technology and is a Certified Surgical Technologist. Before joining the Ridenour team, April worked for eight years in the Operating Rooms of Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis, TN. While there she staffed General and ENT surgical procedures, trained and oriented technical staff and assisted with implementing policies to streamline workflow. April is excited about the opportunity to share her expertise with the Ridenour staff.

Name: Julie Rhodes

Position: Registered Nurse

Biography: Graduated from Deaconess College of Nursing in 1999 and completed the RNFA program through St. Louis Community College in 2004 along with her certification in perioperative nursing certification the same year . Has over 20 years of experience in plastic surgery with the last 15 years dedicated to facial plastic surgery with one of the areas top facial plastic surgeons. Along with experience and knowledge in surgery she brings knowledge of aesthetic services and devices that she is excited to share with the clients of Ridenour Plastic Surgery.
