But it appears that you have ptosis and the reason your eyebrow is higher on the side that you have ptosis, it is because you are trying to raise the eyelid with the eyebrow. You need to ask someone to take the photos and you look directly with head held straight in the camera. 
Can I use Latisse and Revitalash together on my eyelashes and eyebrows?
you should not.

You have to find out why you losing lashes. Using these products together is not a very good idea. there are conditions that cause lash losses. Blepharitis is one of common causes of this problem and it is under diagnosed.  You should seek medical advice from an oculofacial plastic surgeon. I believe fillers and PRP with Nano fat can do much better for you than lasers. SInce you are so young, I believe you need to have a stronger mid-face. We have been very successful to repair the malar festoons with nanofat and PRP and fillers. Please, follow me at  #beautybyDrRostami on IG.

there is an RF treatment that can last for one year and it could be more cost effective.
