Thanks for your inquiry, if you were my patient I would place Bactroban ointment on the incisions instead of Dermabond. Your allergy is more common than you may think, best of luck.

350cc & 450cc, pectoralis muscles too tight, could we revise the size of smaller implants?

Thanks for your inquiry, I believe your surgeon should be able to revise you to create symmetry. I am unsure how to comment about your tight pectoralis muscle, but usually there is significant stretch and relaxation over the first six months, best of luck.

Thanks for your inquiry, from what I can see in the pictures you provided and hearing about your recent weight loss (Congratulations!), you are an excellent candidate for an abdominoplasty. I am unsure what your breast goals are. You should be 10 pounds from your goal weight from proceeding and you definitely would benefit form an in person consultation from a board certified plastic surgeon–best of luck.
