Your age does not concern me as long as you have been stable at your weight and growth.
I have chosen SculpSure as it more flexible and has a better safety profile than coolsculp.

The amount of blood your describing does not concern me. As the body heals a small amount of bleeding is to be expected for the first week or so after surgery. If you have increased pain or heavy period like bleed please contact your surgeon as you may have an infection brewing.

Based on the picture, I see a partial wound separation. If so this will heal with time. If this is a complete separation i.e. both inside skin and outside skin separated and a connection between the two, I do not think it will heal on its own. Either way nothing can be done until healing has completed. I advise seeing your surgeon ASAP and ensuring you don’t have a subclinical wound infection to limit any further wound separation risk.

Prior to the day before surgery, I ask all my patients to stop any prescription diet medications and motrin like medications. On the day before surgery for a vaginoplasty, I recommend using a gentile laxative. Postop constipation and straining can be not only painful but disrupt the surgical incisions. The day of surgery one has to be fasting if undergoing general anesthesia. You will also likely stay at after surgery for a few hours to ensure good post op pain…

Based on the photo provided It appears you have a stage II to maybe III rectocele with loss of the perineal body. IF you are done with childbearing I would recommend you visit with a Board Certified Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgeon to gain advice on surgical correction. Good luck with your treatment and with good surgical care I believe you can regain what function you have lost.

What a distressing circumstance. I have seen overly aggressive tummy tucks distort external vaginal anatomy. I wonder it this has happened to you, causing your numbness. Prior to a trial of PRP or O shot I would recommend a second opinion from your Gyn and Plastics to determine if anything needs to be done in regards to a revision of the tummy tuck as causing your numbness.
