Thank you for your question.  Bleeding after hymenoplasty is not guaranteed.  There are several factors involved in whether one will bleed after hymenoplasty.  If you are concerned, I would recommend discussing this with the surgeon who performed the hymenoplasty or consulting an experienced genital surgeon, which includes Cosmetic Urologists, even it that requires traveling.
