Statement: Dr. P. Daniel Ward is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon practicing in Salt Lake City, Utah. After graduating from University of Utah Medical School, Dr. Ward was selected for a world-renowned program at the University of Michigan. He then went on to pursue fellowship training in facial plastic surgery at the University of Michigan, later serving on the faculty as a clinical lecturer. This is where he refined his skills in rhinoplasty, facelift, eyelift, and injectables procedures. Afterward, he returned to the University of Utah to join the faculty there, introducing various innovative facial plastic surgery techniques that had not yet been performed in or around Utah.

Biography: Breelyn Van Leeuwen, PA-C is a nationally certified PA specializing in Urologic & Plastic Surgery. After completing her undergrad degree at the University of Utah, she earned her master’s degree in PA Studies at Western University. Bree completed rotations at The Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA which included additional Plastic Surgery training. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Western Section of the American Urological Association (WSAUA). Bree is trained to be a provider of the C02RE Intima vaginal laser which is FDA approved to treat vaginal laxity, vaginal itching, dryness and painful intercourse. Bree lives in Utah with her husband and two daughters. She has a special interest in educating patients and helping them restore their health.
