This is a 61-year-old woman who had bilateral mastectomy 2 years prior. She consulted for delayed breast reconstruction and underwent bilateral tissue expander breast reconstruction followed by placement of silicone gel implants. She completed her reconstruction with nipple-areolar complex reconstruction. After photos are shown at 2 years.
