Hello!  Thank you for your question!  I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with the results. The good news is that significant can be made, however, a surgical revision is necessary. Nothing short of simply redoing the lift would suffice. This would allow all of your widened and hypertrophic scars to have better appearance, decrease the size of the areolae, and shorten the distance at the lower pole to improve shape and overall appearance. Hello!  Thank you for your question!  Given your photo, I would highly suggest a breast lift. Your photo demonstrates significant dropping of the breast. The mastopexy would raise the breast to increase fullness and give perkiness and also reshape the breast, also raising the nipple to the appropriate position on the chest. Best wishes!

Hello!  Thank you for your question!  While certainly possible, it would be very unlikely to have a rupture if the implant(s) at only 8 months. Your description and your photos do not give any indication of a rupture. Yes. Botox, and all similar, come as a powder. They must be reconstituted with a solution. Saline is recommended.

Hello!  Thank you for your question.  At this time, it is unlikely that your belly button will change much at this point. As the swelling subsides and everything settles, the overall contour may still improve.  However, given the procedure that you had, the appearance of your are of concern will change little.
