This 24-year-old woman desired breast augmentation to increase the size, shape, and fullness of her breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation via inframammary fold incision with silicone gel implants. She did not have a change in nipple sensation and had a postoperative course with minimal discomfort. After photos at 3 months show increased size, projection, and fullness of her breasts.
