This 51 year old complained of looking older than she felt inside. She had classic signs of facial aging with jowling, neck skin laxity, cheek descent and prominent nasolabial folds. She also has hooded upper eyelids and excess skin and fat in the lower lids. Results shown after face and neck lift with upper and lower lid blepharoplasty.
