From the photos, It seems pretty clear that there is no "Hole" but an indented scar. A hole implies wound separation, and although not impossible, would be unlikely for both incisions to have completely separated and opened up. I would agree with Dr Sieber. Everything looks symmetric. It does look tight but that is very normal for 6 weeks following surgery. Allow your skin ( and your worries) to relax. I am certain it will look better and better each passing week. Something I tell many of my patients. ....Its hard to know what is really happening when it is something that you "feel" but is difficult to demonstrate with photos. In fact, capsular contracture is graded by how it feels. I will add that in my experience, patient's breasts are normally swollen a bit right after surgery, then after most of the swelling receeds, there is some firmness that appears between 6 and 12 weeks post op. ..but to emphasize, I see many patients that have been unhappy with their fraxel laser treatment (or treatments) regardless of the type of skin rejuvenation laser when they are done in an office setting. .... I would advise you to be patient. There is not much anyone would suggest for you to do right now and certainly not re-operation. Your breasts are covered with alot of tape so it is difficult for you to get an idea about proportions because they are mostly covered. There is also some swelling that can distort or change how the enhancement volume is distributed.
