This woman desired eyelid rejuvenation of the lower eyelids. She had a significant amount of pseudo-herniated orbital fat. She underwent a lower eyelid procedure in the office under local anesthesia with sedation through a subciliary incision (below the eyelash). It is healing well and will continue to fade. Because of the volume loss in the cheek below the orbit, we discussed the optional addition of fillers to help add support.
