This woman desired eyelid rejuvenation of the lower eyelids. She had a significant amount of pseudo-herniated orbital fat. She underwent a lower eyelid procedure in the office under local anesthesia with sedation through a subciliary incision (below the eyelash). Because of the volume loss in the cheek below the orbit, we discussed the optional addition of fillers to help add support.
