This is one of our wonderful patients who elected to undergo upper and lower eyelid surgery in addition to laser resurfacing of the face. This was all performed in the office under sedation. The lower eyelids were completed with no incisions on the skin. This is done by removing the fat bags through the inner portion of the lower eyelid and then a laser is used to resurface and tighten the lower eyelid skin.
