Hi Adora,I wouldn’t expect you to have pain with intercourse at this point. Even if you have left the country, you should still be able to communicate with your surgeon. If that isn’t an option, please see a local physician to address your post operative complaints. Best of luck!
Should my vaginoplasty scars be dissolved by 6 weeks post-op?

Hi Newstart26,Its normal to still have some sutures at this point. Give it a few more weeks and they will dissolve. If they haven’t by the time of your post op, discuss with your surgeon. 
Do I have a larger than average labia minora?

Hi Frenchmaster1990,Its important to remember that labias come in all shapes and sizes and they you’re completely normal. If you’re unhappy with your labiaplasty or its causing pain, you can have it reduced. Just make sure you do thorough research ahead and of time. 
Is skin close to vaginal opening safe to remove during labiaplasty?

Hi 123van,That excess skin can definitely be removed, but you want to make sure you see the right surgeon. Chances of complications increase if you see an inexperienced surgeon.

That is a great question, Cangell02!When you’re researching a surgeon for the labia and vaginal rejuvenation, its best you don’t price shop. These are very sensitive surgeries and if you fall into the wrong hands, the results could be detrimental. You will want to look at their experience, reviews and results. You will also want to seek out a surgeon that can perform these surgeries all at once. That way you reduce how many times you’re put under anesthesia.
