Patient had >20+ yr old saline implants that hardened and encapsulated over time. Also her breast tissue and skin stretched during that same time. I did total capsulectomies, implant exchange to smaller silicone implants (240cc moderate profile), and breast lift. Only 4 wks post surgery and already the lift scars are healing very well.
