Thanks for your sending your questions and pics. Based on the photos, I think you would definitely benefit from liposuction to the upper and lower back, flanks and abdomen. Some or all of that fat can be easily transferred to the buttocks area.

Thank you for sharing your pics and questions. You actually have bottoming out issues on both breasts. The distance from the nipple to the breast fold is too long. That causes the nipples to migrate higher on your breasts. I recommend the following if you want this corrected: 1) Revision mastopexies to decrease the Nipple to IMF fold distance. This will place the nipple lower on the breast. 2) Go with smaller implants. 3) reduce the nipple/areola diameter. 4) Major pocket/fold...
How many cc’s would I need to go up two cup sizes?

Thanks for your question. My general rule is about 200cc per cup size. Therefore, increasing 2 cup sizes, this would be about a 400cc implant. This gives a general idea where to start regarding the implant needed. However, a proper exam, taking breast measurements into account and dimensional analysis is also needed. I would recommend an extra high, cohesive silicone implant for you to keep the breasts narrow and give you more anterior projection which will create some lift to your breasts.

Thank you for your questions and pics. I recommend a full tummy tuck to get the best possible result. You have too much loose skin above and below the belly button - most if not all of that can be removed. Also would be able to remove or revise and lower the scar you have right above the belly button. Also it appears your stomach muscles would need to be tightened.

Thanks for your questions and pics. Having uneven breasts is not unusual - most women have some degree of asymmetry. My recommendation would be to do a lift (short scar technique) on the right w/ an implant, and just an implant on the left. This will provide the best symmetry, size and shape for both. The tummy tuck is relatively straightforward with both skin and fat removal and tightening of the vertical abdominal muscles.

Thank you for your questions. Both can be done safely at the same time. I'm not a huge fan of the donut lift however. It tends to cause excessive scarring around the areola, or scar spreading. The areolas tend to widen over time. And The lift isn't as powerful in tightening up the breast and improving shape and nipple position compared to a circumvertical lift.

Thank you for your questions and submitting your photos. I'm not 100% convinced you have tuberous breasts - if you do, it's a very mild form. My recommendation is to get the breast augmentation only. I think you will find it will give you better shape to both breasts, and can also improve your asymmetry with different sized implants. The lift scars to fix tuberous breasts are more extensive, and I find most patients with a mild form are very happy with just the augmentation...

It does not appear that your implants are bottoming out, in fact just the opposite. Over time the implants can actually shift more upward as capsular contracture develops. It appears that your breasts have undergone changes over the last few years, which is very common from a variety of reasons. I recommend possibly a capsulectomy or capsulotomy, possible implant exchange (but if they are intact and only 5 years old, not necessary) and mastopexies. Best of luck.

It would be helpful to see some photos first. However, fat transfer and a facelift, regardless of type can typically be combined during the same surgery. More surgeons are combining the two at the same time for a full rejuvenation effect, especially around the perioral and periorbital areas, as well as to correct any asymmetry issues.

Ulcerative colitis or other inflammatory bowel disorders are not a contraindication to breast augmentation surgery. It sounds like you are healthy otherwise. Those medications do not inhibit healing or cause a risk for infection.

Thank you for sharing your questions and pics. A tummy tuck, even a mini one (from belly button to groin area) would significantly improve the appearance of your abdomen. I see this commonly, not only from uneven liposuction, but also coolsculpting. Getting the skin tighter would dramatically help, as well as fat grafting at the same time in the areas of depression once the tummy tuck is performed on the operating table.
Would you recommend a periareolar lift in my case? I am open to all suggestions.

Thank you for sharing your questions and pics. The implant size is likely in the range that you could go to once verified with breast measurements. You do have some breast, nipple and areola asymmetry that a life would be able to correct. A periareolar might be sufficient on the right side, but you might need a small vertical component on the left as this appears to be more ptotic. I prefer a circumvertical lift on both sides to control scarring as well as overall skin tightness/breast shape...

Thanks for sharing your questions and pics. There would be 3 things that I would want to improve that are in alignment with what you are wanting. First, improve the scars, especially the vertical component, get better symmetry as you have size differences, improve the upper pole fullness (your breasts have a bottomed out appearance). By doing a more powerful circumvertical lift and adding a small implant I can achieve those goals to more of what the inspiration photo looks like.

Thanks for your questions. In short the answer is yes. However, it depends on the complexity and how much movement the nipple needs. Simple procedures can be done under local or light sedation, more complex situations does require more extensive surgery. A photo would be helpful to determine your specific case.

Thanks for your questions and photos. It's not unusual to have some laxity of the tissues over time post tummy tuck. I would discuss with your surgeon. Revisional surgery can be done to re-tighten the vertical abdominal muscles and/or liposuction more fat from under the skin. Both of these procedures can give you a tighter lower abdomen and improved appearance.
