This patient had a history of multiple nasal injuries. In addition to improving her breathing, she was looking to enhance the appearance of her nose. Dr. Daines performed a septorhinoplasty with cartilage grafting to improve her breathing, enhance her profile, and deproject/rotate her nasal tip.
