This patient had a breast explant/total capsulectomy and breast lift just three short weeks ago. My J wrap technique was performed to increase breast fullness naturally and to decrease scarring. There is no incision in the cleavage area which allows patients to confidently wear swimwear, undergarments, or plunging necklines and not be concerned about their scars.
