This patient is a 72 year old woman 5ft 6inches, 174 lbs complaining of DD breast, back pain, rashes under her breasts during the hot summer months, fat under her arm pits and a central webbed scar over her sternum. We performed an implant removal, breast reduction, liposuction of the arm pits and scar revision across the sternum.
