While you are slightly sagging, overall your shape is nice and your areola is not excessively enlarged. While an argument can be made to make your breasts appear better- these arguments must be weighed against the risks and scarring of surgery. If you are planning to have children, that will affect the shape of your breasts as well.In essence, wait until you really need them done.
