64 y/o Asian woman complaining of her neck and chin blending together. This patient had a small amount of excess fat under her chin without evidence of muscle bands. Although this patient's age is 64 y/o, she had excellent skin elasticity for her age and we decided not to perform full necklift incisions. She had liposuction of the fat under her chin (submental liposuction) only.
