Right Stacked DIEP Flap Breast Reconstruction with Nipple Sparing Mastectomy. This patient desired tissue reconstruction, but due to high chance of radiation, we elected to delay DIEP flap and place tissue expanders in immediate setting. Post radiation, we performed a Stacked DIEP flap (both abdominal flaps stacked to make one breast) and were able to preserve her nipple.
