This 31 year old patient with cleft lip and nose deformity underwent revision rhinoplasty with rib cartilage grafting through an endonasal approach by Dr. Gassner in Regensburg, Germany. No nasal packing was used, the patient had her cast removed after 8 days and was inconspicuous to the public with minimal residual swelling 10 days after the procedure.
