This patient felt she looked tired and wanted a brighter, more open face. She had moderately droopy brows, excess skin on her upper eyelids, and slight skin laxity and fat protrusion of her lower yelids. Her post-op photo shows a more rested, open, younger appearance. An endoscopic browlift, and upper and lower blepharoplasty was performed.
