This super cute woman presented to our clinic with complaints of “hating her profile and fat round face”, despite being at her ideal weight. She is now a month out from a short 1.5 hour procedure where we placed a medium profile chin implant, performed subtle neck liposuction, and completed bilateral buccal fat pad excisions.
