This is a secondary lip lift. This patient had seen the doctor originally with a philtrum height of 22 mm, but she decided to have it done elsewhere. She came back to the doctor very unhappy. She felt that she still couldn't show her teeth and the scars were very visible with cross hatches because the stitches were left in too long and didn't dissolve causing the scaring. The post-op picture is after a revision.
