You can definitely benefit from a breast lift as your breast tissue has migrated down and is no longer over your implants. The purpose of breast lift is to create better symmetry of your breasts, improve the shape, and the nipple position as your one nipple is lower. You have the option of exchanging your implants as they are 13 years old and more likely to leak. In that case you will have the option of going smaller or stay the same as you said you don’t want to be bigger.

A mid-facelift can be done through the lower eyelid. This procedure is most effective in improving the nasolabial folds and the corner of the mouth as you demonstrate in your picture. The other option is a subperiosteal lift through the temple incision. Having said that, most of my facelift incisions in front of the ears heal with no visible scarring as you could see, in my pictures. Therefore scaring depends on the technique used and there are ways to improve that scar. See my Instagram...
