Based on your photo, you're not a good candidate for facelift. For someone your age, I would recommend non-surgical options like Vivace or Profoud combined with PRP and skin resurfacing.

I would recommend a rhinoplasty with collumala lift.  Your nasal tip is droopy leading to droopiness of your upper lip.  Your upper lid distance to your nose is within normal range, a lip lift will make your upper lip area short and unusual looking.

It seems that these photos were taken in different time during recovery.  The last photo has substantial submental swelling, whereas the first two photos look much better.  You need to talk to your plastic surgeon for advise.   Microneedling and RF treatment combined with laser resurfacing can help your condition.
