This patient was looking for a straighter nose with a gentler profile, as well as a less droopy, more refined tip. She was also suffering from a nasal septal deviation and right-sided internal nasal valve narrowing. Cosmetic rhinoplasty, septoplasty and right-sided spreader graft placement was performed by Dr. Sudeep Roy. All photographs depicted are in their original state/format.
