The patient is a wonderful example of how facial rejuvenation surgery consisting of a face lift, vertical neck lift, chin lift, and laser resurfacing can combine to treat what is considered a difficult to treat patient: deep rhytids, long neck with vertical and horizontal banding, and prematurely aging facial skin.
