This young lady had previously had her earlobes previously reduced by another surgeon and was not pleased with the results. The previous surgery was done as a "wedge" type removal. This left a visible scar and the piercing was left inappropriately placed too close to the edge. I re-did the surgery modifying the scar and reducing the earlobe with an marginal type resection. Moments after the post-op photo was taken I re-pierced her ear. (Mar 13, 2020)
