Great question! You say your lips are uneven, though in the photo you sent, your lips look beautiful and quite symmetric at rest. A small amount of filler can correct any asymmetries you see. Dermal fillers can be used to treat this area and often will result in a softening of deep lines. Hyaluronic acid fillers are often used in this area (Juvederm or Restylane), although there are other products on the market which may have more longevity (ie.Bellafill) and thus will not require as much maintenance.
