I was so happy to see this 55 year old patient again after her deep plane facelift. With this method, I reposition without pulling, which allows her to tie her hair up without scarring. On the technical level, I did a deep plane facelift, a blepharoplasty of the uperior and lower eyelids with a transposition for the pockets and the cerne, as well as a fat grafting and nanofat. She also had a good hint of lip lift, but decided to do that later. And I also removed a mole from her neck. She is a very active woman, completely normal and who just wants to take care of herself to enjoy life as long as possible, quite simply.
