Out patient desired improvement in her upper breast fullness and elevation of the implant position. She was also unhappy with her overall size and felt out of proportion with her body. We replaced her breast implants placed over 10 years ago with current generation Sientra silicone round implants 285 on the left and 300 on the right in a new subpectoral pocket. The existing capsule was used as internal support for her new implants. She is shown early in her post operative course and achieved improvements in her concerns. Her scars will continue with more time and appropriate scar therapy.
