This is a 22 year-old female who is 5’5” tall. She presented with complaints of a prominent dorsal hump to her nose. Therefore, she underwent rhinoplasty with a dorsal hump reduction and nasal bone infracture to further refine her tip. In addition, the nasal tip was refined with a cephalic trim.
