Hi. The only way botox would correct it is to lower the left side which would make your whole brow look heavy. A good option to correct what is bothering you would be an endoscopic brow lift. This procedure only utilizes very small incisions behind the hairline so that no incision is visible. The brow can then be suspended and correct the symmetry problem and lift the brow.

Hi. The good news is that you get to go home and sleep in your own bed after your facelift. My patient’s typically spend a few hours in the recovery room after their facelift but then go home after that. I typically bring them back the very next day for evaluation and to further discuss instructions. Surprisingly, there is very little post-operative pain after a facelift.

Hi. It is true that tear drop (shaped implants) are slightly firmer than typical smooth round implants. However, this is not usually noticed by the patient in the body. Because of your frame, I would definitely consider you an optimal patient for shaped implants. Regular round implants simply augment the breast shape that is there. However, tear drop implants can actually give additional improved shape to the breasts if needed.

Hi. Upon reviewing your pictures I feel that you should definitely consider a breast lift with your augmentation. Without a lift the implants will appear to sit much too high in your breasts and your breasts will appear to droop off of the implants. A breast lift or mastopexy will reposition your breasts in the appropriate position directly over the implants. Furthermore, the lift will allow the surgeon to correct the asymmetry that is present.

Hi,A midface lift is designed to improve the cheek area and nasolabial folds.  It improves the hollowing that develops under the eyes as the cheeks age and descend lower in the face with time.  The midface lift allows the cheeks to be repositioned more upwards on the face.  By doing this it also smooths out the nasolabial folds.  A traditional facelift is the appropriate procedure to improve the jawline.

No need to worry!  It is completely normal to have areas of numbness after a tummy tuck.  During the surgery, small sensory nerves are cut in order to do the procedure.  These nerves generally take several months and even up to a year at times to regrow.
