Before:
70 year old female bothered by forehead creases and frown lines which she felt made her look older. Requested Botox treatment to reduce/soften these expression lines. As she desired a natural look with some muscle movement, I used a half strength dose for injecting the forehead and frown muscles. Before photos show patient’s face at rest and with animation of offending muscles.
After:
2 weeks following Botox injection of frontalis muscles in forehead and corrugator and procerus muscles between brows. Note smoother forehead and frown lines, even with attempt at active muscle animation.
