Photos show the patient, now 26 years old, 10 months after a submuscular breast augmentation with Sientra moderate profile round smooth surface silicone gel implants, 350 cc size. Surgery performed through inframammary fold incisions. Breasts are symmetrical with a natural fuller size and shape, and with the desired increased cleavage. Patient now wears a 36C cup bra.
