A wonderful 60 year old teacher who didn't feel that her face represented who she was anymore. She underwent a facelift, upper lid blepharoplasty with right-sided internal browpexy (to correct her droopy right eyebrow), lower lids with mid-face lift, and 20 cc of fat grafting to various areas of the face.
