34-year-old woman, 5’4” tall, weight 132 pounds, was concerned about bulging of her outer thighs and rubbing of inner thighs. Tumescent liposuction using small cannulas contoured her legs and achieved the desired improvement. Note the absence of scars due to precise placement of the small entry incisions. Wearing of a compression garment is recommended for one to three weeks following the procedure while the patients may return to work in one to two days with discomfort easily controlled with oral medications. *Individual patient results will vary
