41-year-old woman, 5’6” tall, weight 148 pounds, was concerned about the bulge of her outer thighs and rubbing of the inner thighs. Tumescent liposuction was used to contour her legs to achieve the pleasing improvement. Note the absence of scars due to precise placement of small entry incisions. Compression garment is worn for one to three weeks. Patients returned to work in two days with discomfort easily controlled with medications.
