This gentleman presented with complaints of burning irritated eyes after lower lid blepharoplasty and several attempts at correction by another surgeon. I performed lower lid blepharoplasty with conservative fat and skin removal. I also performed a canthoplasty to correctly reposition his lower eyelids. His symptoms completely resolved and his lid appearance improved. (Mar 9, 2014)
