Your scar and contour on the quite good. It’s natural for the scar to be a bit red at six months. The best option is a tincture of time. I would wait another six months and continue on with your silicone treatments. After year, microneedling may be an appropriate next step.

Sorry to hear that you’re in discomfort. The x-rays are very helpful. The chin cut and the plate looks very good. I don’t know the exact reason that you are having sensitivity. It could be that the incision may be irritating the gumline or too close to the gumline. This may be best evaluated by your family dentist.

Thank you for your pictures. I think the lower third of your face is short. It probably would benefit you from having a vertical lengthening of your chin. Your nose looks pretty good on his profile. I could see that it’s slightly deviated to your right on the frontal view. Overall, your nose is well balanced with your face. Consider in-office consultation for the best treatment options.

There may be some physicians that will recommend that you can have a tummy tuck, but you will end up with a high incision or an inverted “T”type incision, which is not very cosmetically pleasing. Thank you for your pictures. I agree with you that you have facial symmetry. I think a sliding genioplasty or a chin implant would not give you your desired result. I believe the best option, for you would be an upper jaw and Laura gel surgery to correct the asymmetry with a genioplasty. The second best option would be lower jaw contouring on the right and a sliding genioplasty. I hope this helps.

Thank you for your pictures. In my opinion, a sliding Genioplasty would be beneficial for you. Jaw surgeries correct both the bones and the bite. Your x-ray reveals that your upper and lower jaw bones as well as your teeth are in a good position. I hope this is helpful.

Thanks for your question. Titanium plates and screws have been used for several decades. I have not personally been exposed to research that links cancer with Titanium.
Could bad vision be caused by ptosis and can eyelid filler help?

Thank you for your picture. I would recommend a general medical and ophthalmic exam to make sure that there are no underlying medical issues. If you do not have a medical problem causing your eyelid problem then a ptosis repair would be necessary. This can be performed by a qualified plastic surgeon or oculoplastic surgeon.
