This patient had abdominal liposuction by a "Cosmetic Surgeon" She developed Necrotizing Fasciitis (flesh eating bacteria). She was hospitalized in critical condition for many months. Fortunately, she recovered and was left with severe contour problems. I corrected this abdominal issue with a two step approach. The first surgery was placement of tissue expanders to gain extra skin. The second surgery was a full tummy tuck with muscle repair.
