Out patient desired smaller overall size but improved upper pole fullness and lifting of her breasts. She has augmentation over 10 years ago and also desired smaller areolar. We suggested a exchange of implants with simultaneous lift. We placed current generation Sientra 285 cc on the left, 300 cc on the right silicone round implants in a new pocket behind the muscle. Her current capsule was used as an internal bra for support. She is shown 4 months after her surgery with improvement in her concerns. Her scars will continue to fade as time goes on and scar therapy continues.
