Our patient underwent augmentation in the distant past and presented with concerns of a lack of fullness in the upper portion of the breast and drop of the implants. She was also unhappy with the overall size of the breasts and areolar size. We planned to remove and replace the implants with current generation Sientra round implants in 285 cc on the left and 300 cc and right and maintain the current position behind the muscle but using a new subpectoral pocket with internal capsular support. She is shown in an early post op period with improvements in her concerns. We expect continued improvement in the appearance in her scars with longer follow up.
