A younger patient with typical changes seen with pregnancy but in excellent shape. We performed a lipoabdominoplasty to correct the abdominal wall laxity, remove stretch marks and extra skin and remove some fat from the abdomen and flanks. She is seen early post op in a sidel view. The scar is intentionally shown with the photo underwear pulled lower than her normal undergarments would cover. Residual swelling will resolve over next few months and she will have an even better result. Photos will be updated when available. Abdominal laxity, excess skin, stretch marks and flanks have all been improved.
