Thank you for your question. Yes it is safe to do both procedures at the same time. The risk of capsular contracture should not increase if your plastic surgeon follows the standard sterile technique for implant placement. We often combine other procedures with breast augmentation and follow all the needed steps to keep all surgical procedures as sterile as possible. Hope this helps!

Your question is a common question my patients have when choosing to have breast implant surgery. All breast implants in the world have a silicone shell, and that is the part of the implant in contact with your body. If you have enough breast tissue your breast can be lifted with no reduction in size. Adding fat grafting to a breast lift also can give a moderate increase the size of the breasts. Hope this helaps!

Hello, hope you are doing well! From your pictures I can see that you could benefit from volume in your upper and lower eyelids. You eyes look like they are "bulging" because you naturally have a "shallow" orbit, and the injections of either fillers or fat in to the lids to create more depth around your eyes could help. It is possible to improve this deficiency with a small amount of filler using superficial injections with a cannula to avoid the vascular supply of the lip.
